Our approach

GameDay Huddle is designed to collect only the information needed to provide the service, support customers, and keep subscriptions in good standing. This draft must be reviewed with counsel before public launch.

Information we collect

Account information may include your name, email address, organization, role, and team access. Billing is processed by Stripe; GameDay Huddle does not store full card numbers. Website inquiry forms may collect contact details and program size.

Football data

Playbooks, rosters, schedules, and game logs are stored locally in the current Android beta. Future sync features will require an updated policy explaining cloud storage, retention, and organization controls before release.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, provide support, process subscriptions, respond to sales inquiries, improve the product, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing privacy@gamedayhuddle.com. Subscription payment methods and invoices are managed through the Stripe customer portal.
