Using GameDay Huddle

These draft terms cover access to the GameDay Huddle website, Android applications, customer portal, and organization services. They must be reviewed with counsel before launch.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity by the staff members you invite. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning access appropriately.

Access

GameDay Huddle is provided at no charge. There is nothing to buy on this site, no subscription, and no recurring charge. Access is offered as-is and may change; anything paid for previously is unaffected by this.

Your football content

You retain ownership of the playbooks and team data you create. You grant GameDay Huddle only the limited rights needed to operate features you choose to use.

Software quality

The app may contain defects and should be evaluated before use in a competitive game. Keep appropriate backups and verify the device is charged and working before kickoff.
