Using GameDay Huddle

These draft terms cover access to the GameDay Huddle website, Android applications, customer portal, and organization services. They must be reviewed with counsel before launch.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity by the staff members you invite. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning access appropriately.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect as described in the Stripe customer portal, typically at the end of the paid period. Current beta pricing and plan terms are not final until displayed at checkout.

Your football content

You retain ownership of the playbooks and team data you create. You grant GameDay Huddle only the limited rights needed to operate features you choose to use.

Beta software

The Android beta may contain defects and should be evaluated before use in a competitive game. Keep appropriate backups and verify the device is charged and working before kickoff.
